Shipping policy

We strive to fulfill all orders within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday). As a small, family-owned and operated business, we personally prepare and ship each order as quickly as possible. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via USPS or UPS. Please note that transit times and delivery estimates are determined by the carrier—factors such as weather, peak-season volume, holidays, or other unforeseen events may impact your package’s route and arrival date. Any delays or changes in transit are managed by USPS or UPS.

We choose the fastest available service within the shipping tier you select, balancing speed and cost. Economy orders typically ship via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground, while standard orders generally go out via USPS Priority—or an equivalent carrier service offering similar delivery speed at a comparable rate.
