Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products we are unable to offer exchanges, or returns. We understand everyone has unique personal preferences including scents, textures, or colors. As a small handcrafted business each batch of soap is unique and we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for a dislike of scent, texture, or color.

If your order is lost, arrives damaged, or has an error, please contact us within 30 days of your order date so we can assist you. If more than 30 days have passed since your order was placed, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement.
